Coaching Women From the Inside Out

About Me

Hi, I'm Jacquie Wyant, founder of Rewire & Renew Wellness Coaching. For over 30 years as a fitness trainer, I taught women how to change their bodies by "doing" all the right steps. But even after checking all the boxes, I saw the same frustrating cycle—results followed by setbacks, striving followed by exhaustion.I realized true transformation had to go deeper than physical effort. It had to start from the inside out. After stepping away from the fitness industry, I took time to pursue a deeper calling. I spent the next few years earning my certification in Life Coaching through the Center for Christian Coaching. That season of growth and learning reshaped my mission: to help women heal not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Now, I’ve come out of retirement with a renewed purpose—to walk alongside women as they break free from perfectionism, rebuild their minds, and step into lasting wellness. One thought, one choice, one renewed pathway at a time.Let’s rebuild your life on the truth that you are already loved, already strong, and already capable of real transformation.Science + Scripture = Lasting Change.

What I Do

True transformation starts from the inside out. I specialize in helping women rewire their thinking, restore their health, and renew their spirits by combining the science of neuroplasticity (the brain's remarkable ability to change) with the unchanging truth of God's Word.Meal plans, structure, and routines can be helpful tools — but on their own, they’re only temporary fixes. True, lasting change happens when we get to the root of the habit — when we uncover the false beliefs that are shaping our thoughts and behaviors, and then replace them with God’s truth. You don’t need another fitness challenge to strive through. You need a new way of thinking — because lasting results don’t come from willpower alone. They come from renewing your mind: changing what you believe, how you think, and the patterns you live by.Through personalized coaching, workshops, and group programs, I help women:Identify and break free from the thought patterns that keep them stuckRewire their brains by creating healthy, lasting pathwaysAlign their thoughts with God’s truth for deep, lasting transformationAsk yourself:
Do I truly want to get well?
Am I ready to make a change?
Am I willing to dig deep?
If your heart says “yes,”I’ll walk with you — one thought, one choice, and one step at a time.

5/192025. Walking Your Way to a Renewed MindHow Movement Heals the Brain
Sometimes the most powerful changes start with the simplest step—literally.
If you’ve ever felt stuck mentally, emotionally, or spiritually, I want to encourage you with something deeply practical and profoundly biblical: go for a walk.
Not because it burns calories (although it does). Not because it’s trendy (though science now confirms its power). But because God designed your brain to heal through movement.
1. It Boosts Neuroplasticity (Your Brain’s Ability to Change)
Walking increases a brain chemical called BDNF—think of it as Miracle-Gro for your mind. BDNF helps grow new neurons and strengthens existing connections, which is key for:
- Learning new habits
- Healing from past thought patterns
- Building emotional resilience
2. It Clears Mental Clutter and Sparks Clarity
The repetitive rhythm of walking calms the nervous system and promotes brainwave balance. It’s no accident that many people say, “I think better when I walk.” Your brain loves rhythm—and walking creates space to process, think clearly, and reset.
3. It Lowers Stress and Calms the Fear Center
As you move, your body releases stress-reducing chemicals and quiets the amygdala—the brain’s alarm system. Less fear = more space for truth, peace, and creativity.
4. It Activates the Prefrontal Cortex (Focus + Decision-Making)
Walking increases oxygen and blood flow to the part of your brain that helps with:
- Focus
- Emotional regulation
- Clear thinking
- Spirit-led choices
This is the same part of your brain activated during prayer, gratitude, and truth meditation.
5. It Integrates Body, Brain, and Spirit
Each step you take activates both hemispheres of your brain—especially when you swing your arms or walk in rhythm.
This encourages:
- Better balance (physically and mentally)
- Whole-brain healing
- A sense of being present and connected
Walking with God Isn’t Just a Metaphor
Some of your most powerful breakthroughs may come while moving forward one step at a time. Just like Adam walked with God in the garden, and Jesus walked with His disciples, you, too, can walk with God—body, brain, and spirit aligned.
“This is the way, walk in it…” – Isaiah 30:21
“We walk by faith, not by sight.” – 2 Corinthians 5:7
So next time you feel overwhelmed or mentally stuck—don’t overthink it. Just lace up your shoes, speak a Scripture out loud, and walk. You’re not just getting fresh air. You’re creating a new path—in your brain and in your life.4/30/2025 Gratitude Is a Game Changer—For Your Brain and Your BodyLet’s talk about gratitude—and not just in a “thank you, Lord, for my coffee” kind of way (though hey, I’m always thankful for coffee). I mean the kind of gratitude that shifts something deep inside you. That turns your focus from what’s missing to what’s right in front of you.I used to think gratitude was just a nice attitude to have. But science is now backing up what God’s Word has said all along—it’s actually a tool for transformation. When you practice gratitude, your brain starts to release feel-good chemicals like dopamine and serotonin. I like to call them God chemicals, because He wired us that way on purpose. These chemicals lift your mood, lower stress, help with sleep, and even support your immune system. Isn’t that wild? Here’s what’s even more powerful: every time you choose thankfulness—especially in the middle of hard things—you’re literally creating new pathways in your brain. That’s neuroplasticity. And that’s also Romans 12:2 in action: “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”Gratitude doesn’t mean pretending everything’s okay. It means recognizing that even in the mess, God is still good. He’s still with you. And there’s still something to praise Him for.So if you’ve been feeling heavy, stuck, or worn out lately, try this simple step today:Grab a journal or a scrap of paper.
Write down 3 things you’re thankful for.
Say “thank You, God” out loud for each one.
That’s it. No pressure. Just a gentle reset.
Gratitude won’t fix everything overnight—but it will start to rewire the way you think. And that, my friend, changes everything.Let’s get healthy from the inside out—one thankful thought at a time.
